The DataFile Engagement and Cultural Ambassadors (DECA) team is comprised of employees across different internal departments that come together to encourage an environment emphasizing DataFile’s core values by creating events that spur participation and employee satisfaction. All new employees undergo extensive training to gain a deep understanding of DataFile policies and procedures as well as HIPAA regulations. For new service team members, there’s an intensive 8-12 week training program that must be completed before they’re assigned to a client team and able to work independently. Our training process has a proven track record of success and it shows in our industry leading accuracy rate of 99.97%!
